Refund policy

 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This statutory right of withdrawal applies to all orders shipped within the European Union.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with all original tags intact and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required. Please make sure to initiate the return within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us by email at tristan@stylejuice.eu. Returns must be approved by us before you send any items back. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted. Once your return has been approved, please send it to the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return postage for cancellations or standard returns.

Certain items are excluded from returns. This includes custom or personalized products and items sold at a reduced price (sale items). If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

If you would like a different item, we ask that you return the original item in accordance with this policy and then place a new order separately.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at tristan@stylejuice.eu.
