This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the delivery of products purchased through our website.
1. Shipping Provider & Delivery Area
We ship all orders using reliable courier services (e.g., Deutsche Post, DHL, Hermes) to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Currently, we deliver to the following regions:
- Germany (domestic)
- EU member states (select countries)
- International shipping available on request

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of payment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available) once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- EU Countries: 3–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days (depending on location)
Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping offers (if any) will be clearly indicated.
Note: As a small business under the German Kleinunternehmerregelung (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is charged or shown on shipping fees.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Customers outside Germany are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their local authorities. STYLEJUICE® is not liable for these additional costs.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
7. Shipping Delays or Lost Packages
In the event of delayed or lost shipments, please contact us at [your@email.com] within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. STYLEJUICE® is not liable for shipping delays caused by force majeure, strikes, or natural disasters.
8. Returns Due to Undeliverability
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g., unclaimed, wrong address), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
