You confirm that all purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export unless expressly authorized in writing.

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier.

STYLEJUICE® is hosted and supported by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly with STYLEJUICE®. Shopify does not process or manage your purchases, and you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your interactions with STYLEJUICE®.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STYLEJUICE®, Tristan Moritz Ernst, Shopify, and their respective affiliates and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or misuse of the Services.
